What can I say about Louis....
First off, he was referred to me by a friend. She asked me, “Do you need an agent? Call Louis because he's the best.” I asked her if she’s used him. She said no but that a friend of hers swears by him.
I figured what did I have to lose...... Result...Win Win Win
He helped us find a home and then proceeded to sell my home as well.
The day I met Louis he was courteous and professional.
He informed us of the market based on our needs which were lofty at first but then was able to help us navigate to reality. He was straight. Once we were able to focus on what was needed we were able to move forward.
Louis is part motivator, psychologist, but most of all focused on getting the job done. He's the best because he is informed and passionate about his job. He is totally invested on his task and makes it about you, his client. Not pushy, not impatient. He'll call you even when nothing is going on. But there is always something going on... because he's the best!
My wife made an interesting observation. She said that we were able to have conversations with him as if we’ve known him a lifetime. I thought about it and agreed. I was totally comfortable with him and treated the process as friendly banter not as a mandate between broker and client.
Did I tell you he knows everyone... Whether you need an estimator, floor guy, HVAC guy, notary or anyone else, he can refer you to anyone you might need.
